  • At Beyond The Wall Bed and Breakfast, we strive to provide our guests and visitors with a robust and successful Information Technology experience. Our Internet access and other services are designed to fulfill all of their small meeting and conferencing needs.
  • The Gallery Conference Room can be set up a handful of configurations (Configuration Graphics Below)

THREE STANDARD GALLERY CONFERENCE ROOM PACKAGES (Custom Available, Please Ask)

 

#01           USE, SPACE ONLY

  • Tables and Chairs will be available, or pre-configured per your request
  • By the hour with ONE hour minimum
  • No other services or equipment will be furnished
    • Unless, pre-approved, prior negotiated
  • Catering is available through our Special Events Coordinator, with prior notice
    • Let us plan for some great food for you and your meeting group

#02           USE, SPACE and IT EQUIPMENT

  • Tables and Chairs will be available, pre-configured per your request
  • By the hour with TWO hour minimum
  • No other services or equipment will be furnished
    • Unless, pre-approved, prior negotiated
  • All AMENITIES (Amenities Section Above) are included in this Package
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
    • Please coordinate with Special Events Coordinator PRIOR (as PRIOR as possible) to your arrival what types of BYOD you’ll be bringing to ensure compatibility with Gallery Conference Room and the BTW Network (Prior Coordination and Communication leads to SUCCESS)
  • Includes limited IT Support from BTW IT Team
    • Minor assistance with ensuring Conference Room equipment is functioning
    • Minor assistance with getting the presenter and users connected to the BTW Network
    • Minor assistance with getting the presenter connected to his display preference (Projector, TV)
    • SEE “COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION” BELOW
  • No other services or equipment will be furnished
    • Unless, Pre-approved, Prior Negotiated
  • Catering is available through our Special Events Coordinator, with prior notice

#03           USE, SPACE and IT EQUIPMENT with FULL IT SUPPORT

  • Tables and Chairs will be available, pre-configured per your request
  • By the hour with TWO hour minimum
  • No other services or equipment will be furnished
    • Unless, pre-approved, prior negotiated
  • All AMENITIES (Amenities Section Above) are included in this Package
  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
    • Please coordinate with Special Events Coordinator PRIOR (as PRIOR as possible) to your arrival what types of BYOD you’ll be bringing to ensure compatibility with Gallery Conference Room and the BTW Network (Prior Coordination and Communication leads to SUCCESS)
  • Includes Full IT Support from BTW IT Team
    • Dedicated, a member from BTW’s IT Team will fully assist before, during and after your meeting(s)
    • The IT Team Member will either be in Conference Room or physically be within 60 seconds of the Conference Room for duration of your meeting(s) to assist with any issue that may present itself

  • No other services or equipment will be furnished
    • Unless, Pre-approved, Prior Negotiated

COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION

  • Information Technology (IT) is NOT Magic. It does not “Just Happen.”
  • SUCCESSFUL Information Technology isn’t any different than most things in life
    • Successful IT takes great effort
    • Successful IT takes incredible levels of COMMUNICATION
    • IT Professionals cannot simply guess at what a user may or may not need
    • If IT Users do not communicate their needs to IT Professionals, the project or meeting will FAIL
    • If IT Users do not communicate their needs to IT Professionals, PRIOR (accordingly) to the project or meeting, then the project or meeting will be delayed and interestingly, more prone to FAIL
      • The IT Professionals involved will be stressed, annoyed and lack the motivation to assist you in the future
      • The Project or Meeting Coordinator will be stressed, annoyed and lack the motivation to work with IT again
      • The Users involved or Meeting Attendees will shake their heads and wonder when everyone will get their act together?
    • If you want to WIN, simply …… the solution is to COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE
    • MILITARY NOTE: US Marine Infantry (Grunt) Types have a combat adage.  To STAY ALIVE, “Shoot, Move, or Communicate”   “If you aren’t shooting (or reloading), or if you are not moving, then you better be Communicating.”  If you are not doing one of the three (exception being “reloading”) …..then you probably aren’t going to make it.  Folks, it’s THAT Important.
